Marazul Dive Resort
MARAZUL DIVE RESORT is located in Banda Abou, on the border of West Point, on the Caribbean Sea. It is a gorgeous tropical dive resort located on one of the most beautiful places in Curacao.
Here you will find beautiful bungalows, apartments and studios. All apartments are generously placed, right on the shoreline.
Marazul is focused on divers. There is also a diving center with the necessary diving equipment and there is a staircase from the complex which leads directly to the ocean. Nevertheless Marazul Dive Resort is also for non-divers a particularly attractive place to enjoy the sun, sea, beach, rest and plenty of space.
Marazul concerns leasehold land. 70% of the homes should be c.q. is offered for rental. This goes through an external hire organization that organizes the entire rental fee. It is not allowed to take up the lease itself here.
Marazul is about 30 minutes by car from the airport and 45 minutes from Punda, beautiful downtown Willemstad.
In the immediate vicinity of the resort you will find restaurants and famous beaches such as Grote Knip, Kalki, Playa Lagun and Forty. The village of Barber is only about 15 minutes by car and offers you the most important facilities like a supermarket, groceries, gas station, restaurant and church.
Bungalows have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a covered area of approximately 156 m2.
“Ocean View” apartments are built upper leveling of approximately 95 m2, with the bedroom on the first floor.
The attractive studios (ground floor or first floor) on Marazul Dive Resort have an area of approximately 42 m2.
