The neighbourhood

Soto is a small town in Curaçao. It is located close to Santa Marta Bay, a deep indentation in the island's northwest coast. Soto itself is virgin and undeveloped, but the surroundings of St. Martha Bay are breathtakingly beautiful. The Groot Sint Martha country house, furnished with antique furniture and old utensils, has been restored and opened to tourists. From the back terrace of this country house you have a beautiful view over the Bay and in the distance, you can see Christoffel berg; Mount Christopher.
