This cozy family resort is ideal for use as a Bed & Breakfast Resort. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the biggest supermarket of Curacao. The resort is in a very quiet area. It is fenced which gives complete privacy (automatically closing doors, sliding door, 3 pedestrian gates). There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, playground for the kids, Palapa with BBQ, a Palapa with a cozy bar for events and celebrations. There is also a bus (12 persons) available.
The resort owns a significant customer base. The resort owns applications for building permit and application for settling.
The main building has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, a big walk-in closet, bathroom, living room, modern open kitchen and 1 extra bedroom near the house inclusive bathroom. There also is an office with air conditioning to welcome the guest inclusive a system for the 16 private cameras to look over the entire resort.
