#768 - Grote Berg

This lot of 515 m² is located in the Third District of Curaçao named Grote Berg. It belongs to the GROTE BERG DEVELOPMENT PLAN PHASE II.

General Rules for building a House:          

The allowed living type is a detached house.

Per building plot is just one House and one outbuilding permissible.    

The permitted area of a dwelling shall be at least 50 m ² and an outbuilding at the most 50 m ².

After the start of construction, the property has to be completed within 18 months from the start to be phased out. The exercise of any form of professional practice on a lot is not allowed. The Monthly Fee for the Association of owners of Grote Berg of Phase II amounts to Naf. 20,00 per month per lot. This payment is required in advance ad Naf. 240, 00 per year.
