Monumental house from 1742. It is very interesting for commercial use, because of the very central location in Willemstad and it is completely walled. It is situated beside the bus station and at walking distance of the Renaissance hotel which is under construction.
There is an outbuilding besides this complex.
The whole building is renovated by architect Ben Smith
Possibly to be used as restaurant.
